We purchase locally-harvested raw Texas wildflower honey from Round Rock Honey. Raw honey is honey that has not been heated pasteurized or processed in any way. Each jar contains vitamins, enzymes, antioxidants, pollen, and floral essences that make it such a wonderfully healing and healthy food.  (Scrumptious, too!)
